H.R.644- Trade Facilitation and
Trade Enforcement Act of 2015
The US Senate Thursday overwhelmingly passed the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015, 75-20. The bill includes “Trade Preferences of Nepal” which authorizes preferential treatment for certain imports from Nepal. According to a statement released by the White House yesterday, President Obama intends to sign the bill into law.
