She is the expert! Kim Kardashian 'picks' the perfect bottom double to do a belfie in her place on husband Kanye West's new album cover

Her famous booty has inspired more than a few of her husband's songs, but this time it is taking a back seat for someone else's well-rounded derriere.

On Thursday as the world got its first listen to Kanye West's new album, the rapper also revealed The Life Of Pablo's cover art and, at first glance, one appeared to feature his wife Kim Kardashian.

On one of the covers, which has the album's title written repetitively in black on an orange background, stands a blonde with a very voluptuous rump, however, it has been revealed that the derriere belongs to a model rather than Kim.

Immediately after Kanye tweeted the album cover, web sleuths tracked down the bottom's owner, swimsuit model Sheniz Halil.

And while you would think Kim would mind that her husband has another woman's booty on his album, turns out the 35-year-old is not just okay with it, she is behind it.

The source said: 'Ye wanted Kim involved in his new album so he let her pick the butt model. As they say ... do what you know, and Kim knows ass.'

Kim did not go hunting for Sheniz on Instagram but rather Kanye's team gave her a number of options and she thought the blonde's behind was best.

Sheniz seemed a little in the dark as to how her picture ending up on the album, but took to Instagram to express her happiness.

The model said: 'When your ass gets more publicity than u can imagine or buy, I'm flattered one of most influential and talented artistes not to mention married to ultimate queen bootay used my pic don't know how or why but I'm flattered [sic].'

Her excitement continued after Kim finally got around to looking up the model - who was Miss Swimsuit USA London 2014 - and liked her picture.

Sheniz wrote: 'I jus let died omg @kimkardashian liked my picture thank you #queen #bootayqueen [sic].'

Kim and Sheniz do not just have generously-proportioned derrieres in common, the two ladies are also very talented when it comes to doing belfies on social media.

Sheniz has a long way to go though if she wants to catch up to Kim's 60.3 million followers on Instagram, not that the model was doing badly at 172,000. 

Kanye released his album on Thursday during a fashion show in Madison Square Garden for his range Yeezy 3.
